FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes, from Settings → Billing. From Prospect, pick any paid plan: you pay its annual price and it starts right away. Between paid plans, an upgrade starts right away and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your billing year. A downgrade starts at your next renewal, and you keep your current plan until then.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the year you paid for, and it won't renew. Changed your mind about a charge? Ask within 14 days of it for a full refund (Terms, Section 6); the refunded plan ends right away. After 14 days there are no refunds, including partial refunds for the rest of the year. When the year ends, your league moves to Prospect, our free plan: it shows your most recent season with Prospect's features, and you can upgrade again any time.
Yes. Cancelling never deletes anything. Seasons your plan doesn't include are hidden, not deleted, and they come back the moment you upgrade. The commissioner can download an export of every season your plan shows, any time, from the league's Commissioner tools.
No. Plans are per league: each league is its own record book with its own plan. If you run two leagues, each needs its own plan, and either one can be on Prospect for free.
Through the free Hall of Fantasy ESPN Sync Chrome extension, on desktop Chrome: Add to Chrome (Chrome Web Store, opens in a new tab), generate an extension token in Settings → Account, paste it into the extension and sync. The extension reads one ESPN identifier (your SWID) locally to find your leagues; your ESPN cookies and password never reach our servers. Sleeper leagues connect from the web with a username and league ID.
